You may use HelloBonjour to manage appointment-based operations, including bookings, schedules, customer records, portal workflows, forms, payments, memberships, packages, storefront orders, direct billing, reviews, waitlists, AI-assisted communications, and related administrative workflows.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping account access secure, inviting the right team members, assigning appropriate roles, and making sure your business information, services, prices, availability, and policies stay accurate.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans, usage limits, third-party payment processors, transaction fees, taxes, refunds, and subscription changes may apply depending on the features you use.

Customer communications

You are responsible for the messages, policies, forms, booking information, AI assistant configuration, phone/SMS workflows, and customer-facing notices presented through your booking page, portal, dashboard, email, SMS, AI assistant, or website widget.

Regulated workflows

If your business handles personal health information, insurance details, direct billing, sensitive intake, AI, SMS, voice, imports, or other regulated workflows, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate legal review, consent language, vendor approvals, operating procedures, and customer notices before enabling those features.

Service availability

We work to keep HelloBonjour reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or change features when needed for security, maintenance, compliance, or product improvements.
